Planning Your
Bespoke Itinerary
All of our Bespoke Itineraries start with a discovery call. We want to ensure you tick off as many bucket-list dreams as you can when it comes to your New Zealand trip. Throughout this call, our Travel Planner will talk you through a range of options before refining your personal itinerary.
Booking Your
Experiences
Once you're happy with your Bespoke Itinerary and quote, our Travel Assistant will go ahead and book all of your experiences on your behalf - meaning you can simply sit back, relax, and countdown the days until your trip, knowing every detail is taken care of.
Available Throughout
Your Stay
Throughout your stay, our Travel Assistant will be on hand to help with any additional bookings or small changes to your itinerary (where possible), as well as being available for private transfers upon request*.
*Please note: a Travel Assistant booking fee will be included in your quote. Additional support/ transfers/ hosting by our Travel Assistant will also be available throughout your stay at additional cost beyond the booking fee. This fee is charged per person, per day. Beyond the Hunt experiences may be charged in advance of your trip to secure advance reservations.
